i need to learn to cook so that at least once in my life, i can attempt to make apple crisp fried chicken, just to see whether it's horrible or actually good. and yes this is kerdly related, bc the ship name "krispy chicken" and the association of kris with apples is what spawned this thought

I gotta say, this series is doing an incredible job with this adaptation. The overall tone is so uniquely jbl and so different from the source material, that it draws me in to the point where I'm watching a scene I knew was coming but I'm still caught by surprise. I'm loving how these actors are embodying these characters. I would not change a thing. I need all the episodes now. I can't possibly wait a week after this episode.

no disrespect to people who partake in the weed but I wish our neighbors would light some incense or something, somehow the weed smell seeps through to our place and it gives me a headache. actually I need to light some incense. actually I totally forgot to bring over some incense damn I need remember that. and also to not light to many and give myself smoke inhalation or something
