Jan 14, 15, 16. The off-plan weekend.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, fried potatoes, and asparagus. Lunch: Salmon + egg frittata, and lots of brussels sprouts. Dinner: (pre-race) Pizza! (this is definitely not whole-30); met up with some out-of-town friends for pizza.
Jan 15 => Swampstomper 25k trail run.
Breakfast (early): Oatmeal + an egg + hone. (also not whole30). During the run: Chips, pb&j sandwhiches, candy. Hammer gels. (Very not whole30) After run: Tacos from Fuel Food Truck (thanks guys!). After-after run: An RxBar. Dinner: several eggs & mixed veggies + some fruit.
Breakfast: Eggs & coffee Lunch: Canned salmon mixed with homemade mayo over a bed of spinach. Dinner: CHOCOLATE CAKE (very, very not whole30). Then, Slow-cooked chicken and stir-fried collard greens + an orange. Snack: An RxBar.
