Thanksgiving; the dine in divine.

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on our blessings, such as family and friends. With dinner and family to keep you company, it truly allows you to recognize the fortuity of your life. Evident in this picture is loads of food, from appetizers to main courses. The iPhone was able to capture this theme through balancing the dinner and the chairs around the table, symbolizing the equal importance of the two blessings; family and food. 

The iPhone proved to be convenient enough to capture the scene, however the quality wasn’t as anticipated. For example, the quality of the picture wasn’t clear enough as it showed minimal detail. Consequently, you wouldn’t be able to determine what the type of food it is. The iPhone would be best if it captured broad and vague scenes.

A smile is a thank you. 

A smile is the best way to show appreciation. It’s a small yet meaningful way of giving thanks. This child is excited and happy, and his smile is an image of joy and appreciation. Whatever the reason behind his smile, he was still thankful. 

The photograph was taken in an extreme close up shot, focusing on all the details of the subject. The environment isn’t focused, proving that the child is the main subject of the image. Evidently, it was captured in a flat angle. As a result, the audience will feel a connection with the child because they are ‘face to face’ with the child. 

This photograph is an example of the strength, detail and quality of the iPhone. The image turned out perfectly clear and extremely detailed. You can easily identify the colors of the child’s eyes, the length of his eyelashes, and how his smile forms.
