Can we as a society stop using "narcissistic abuse" and making all narcissists out to be abusive and will abuse everyone they come in contact with in medical articles. I just want a reliable source about npd supply without being called manipulative and abuser in the first paragraph
NPD Struggles: Being told that I'm being selfish for wanting full credit even though I did 99℅ of the work without any recognition or praise unless I asked.
(suspecting) npd culture is not being able to take up a creative hobby unless you'll get admiration from other people, but being too scared to actually share your creations with others because you're afraid they'll insult/ignore them, so you just don't end up doing anything.

having npd traits and not even being hot or talented or charming has truly got to be the worst combo
nothing about me is ever permanent.
i know that's just how life is, "show me a permanent state of the self", yadda yadda, but really. i can't latch on to anything.
my opinions on people are always changing. the way i see myself is always changing. my mood is always going back and forth, back and forth. it's impossible to build a routine because that would require continuity, consistency, and that's just impossible for me. i just can't be certain about anything.
i love it when i split on everyone and i hate everything and i'm overcome with both rage and soul-crushing loneliness simultaneously as i become increasingly more upset with the people around me and realize no one will ever truly understand me 😁😁 i love it so much 😁😁
i always tend to define myself by what i like, rather than what i am, because it feels easier. music, movies, books, tv shows, they're concrete things. personality traits have never concrete. i've always struggled to fill out personality quizzes, because i don't know how to define myself. i ask my friends to tell me what they think i am instead. to this day, if you asked me to name any positive personality traits of mine, i don't think i could come up with a single one.
