Slightly inspired by Numphet’s fic The Ghosts on Coruscant. - in which Padme survives childbirth, but is under the impression that Anakin and Vader were different people.

The reveal goes a little differently than this, but this was what I pictured in my mind while reading the first chapters.

Fave/Least Fave Actor/ActressAnswered here!7.  Fave/Least Fave SpeciesFAVE:  As much as I love love love so many of the species of the GFFA, the complexities and the narrative weight of what the Twi’leks have gone through and how “sexy dancers” has gained so much more meaning in hindsight, when SW had time to really explore what that meant, that the galaxy tried to lump them into that category.Getting glimpses of the fighting on Ryloth during TCW and then following it up in Rebels, that you get a sense of just how much these people have been put through in a never-ending shitstorm and constant parade of oppression and enslavement, how canon has tried to touch on that this actually carries a lot of pain for the Twi’leks and how important it is for them to stand on their own because of it, they really are the best narratively weighty species for me.LEAST FAVE:  TWO ANSWERS:Fave that are appreciated, I just hate them:  FUCK THE HUTTS, THEY ARE LEGITIMATELY THE WORST.Least Fave that I don’t give a shit about:  God, almost all of the new alien races for the sequels, look at this:

My mom got me an advent calendar, featuring an illustration of Darth Vader playing piano, and now whenever I look at it, all I can think about is a Pianist!Obikin AU where Anakin is a promising young pianist who can't afford proper lessons and Obi-Wan is a well-known, but retired piano teacher who's sworn not to take another student, but he changes his mind when he accidentally hears Anakin playing those ominously sinister tunes and sees his long, dainty fingers dancing on the keyboard... 👀

Anakin who loves the piano and learned how to play bc he was taught by Shmi and they would play it together all the time.

Anakin who always dreamed of playing the piano in front of an audience.

Obi-Wan playing the piano and composing his own music and Anakin calling in love with the way he plays and the music he makes!!!

Pls imagine Anakin not leaving Obi-Wan alone until he agrees to teach him bc Obi-Wan’s music is one of Anakin’s favorites!!!

The both of them accidentally catching feelings for each other and panicking but falling in love anyway!!

I haven't found anything confusing at all-- but I'd love to see a list regardless! I'm the type of person that *loves* when fantasy novels have family trees and house lineages in the front matter so it'd be cool to see a TFS version of that :D

Aaa I've yet to read the story but I'm looking forward to it and a character list would certainly be helpful!

Thank you so much for chiming in! <3 I’m really glad things have not been confusing so far -- I planned and wrote TFS as if it would be available all at once, so I’ve been a little worried about the serial format making some things harder to follow. This is no ASOIAF, but still!

I might still do a character list for kicks and laughs, and my friend edited a map of Rivain for me so maybe I can pretend to be an Actual Fantasy Writer. :D Thanks again!

I firmly believe that whenever any member of my fave space family, meaning Anakin, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, Padmé and all (!) the clones, is sad, they gather together and bring the softest blankets, some fine tea (from Obi-Wan) and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies to comfort the Sad One as they all but drown them in affection (don't tell Yoda)

Absolutely not! We won’t say anything to Yoda! Also yes, you are absolutely correct, those are all the members of the space family, and they all deserve cuddles, cookies and soft things. There is a special crate that always stays on the Negotiator, with a peculiar marking, that contains no weapons or supplies… it’s full of fuzzy blankets for Sadness Emergencies in hyperspace.
