Abducted the internal mechanism of people so you can torture them means you’re a nut ficken case. Plain and simple.

Not all survivalists and peppers are nut cases, but the ones that base their preparations on reality and likely to happen scenarios make for boring documentaries. Rest assured that this old 1980s BBS documentary on survivalists is full of nut cases that make for good viewing and laughs! Must be a personality flaw on my part or something.

Note that I have nothing against basic, common sense preparations to safeguard yourself and your family in times of distress. In fact, I would encourage everyone to make such basic, common sense preparations. But I draw the line long before the kind of things the people in this documentary were doing back in the day.
