My name is Shelley and this is my One Year Thrive Experience! I first heard about THRIVE from a really good friend who raved about it. I have been working as a police officer for the last 16 years, I am a mother of 2 amazing girls, and my husband is also a police officer. I was training for my first half marathon, eating ‘healthy’ and I felt fine so I certainly did not think I needed Thrive. I ended up taking a sample from my friend so she would stop talking to me about it. I started my 3 day sample the next morning. I noticed very little difference and was certainly not ready to purchase Thrive. I actually felt pretty comfortable telling her - thank you. - However, my husband had taken a sample as well.
