Ingredients: 1 block tofu, pressed and cubed. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced. 1 cup broccoli florets. 1 cup snap peas. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooked rice, for serving.
Instructions: Tofu cubes should be combined with sesame oil and soy sauce in a bowl. Allow to sit for fifteen minutes. Vegetable oil should be heated over medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok. Saut the ginger and garlic for one minute, or until fragrant. Add the marinated tofu cubes and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown. Add the snap peas, broccoli florets, and sliced bell peppers. Cook for five to seven minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender. To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning. Over cooked rice, serve hot.
