I made it to green just a little over a week before the Nike half
Challenged myself to work through my extreme sleepiness and soreness from yesterday’s work out to get through today's time trials. Getting lapped (twice) was a but of a blow to my ego, especially since I'm still yearning for the days when I was more in shape back in my high school days. Ah well, I just have to be patient and keep at it.
My legs, hips, and glutes are also super tight. My foam roller and marathon sticks are going to be my greatest friends this week.

No Weigh May 14
I've been doing no weigh may even though I'm horrible at updating yall. I'm really trying to stay away from scales because they make me feel horrible about myself. However, this month has been amazing for me. Yesterday I wore shorts out and about for the first time in a while and I looked in the mirror and realised that I am 10000% happy with my body. I still have so much I need to improve on but I've realised that it's no longer about fixing the bad stuff about me, it's about growing in the good stuff. My biceps have grown an inch in the past week and I'm pretty sure my quads have too.
May 10th: What is your favourite kind of exercise? Why?
Honestly I love playing tennis. I could play for hours on end and n e v e r want to stop. It’s so much fun, competitive, you have to focus, it takes practice, and there is nothing better then the feeling of the ball hitting the dead center of your racket. If I could that would be my workout every single day.

Are you holding onto something you need to let go of?.. Is it keeping you from reaching your goals? yes my failed at myself i always go to do something i want and give up cuz i beillve i cant or someone puts me down
When was the last time you tried something new? What was it? well bike riden i tryed it before didnt like it but me and my huubby been getting into it and it been so much fun and relaxing just going for a bike ride
what am i doin to reach my goals well today i been stress last few weeks been stress eating but i am trying to eat meals insted of just icecream i had breakfast and lunch and 2 blows of icecream lol heyy its good but i am going try and get my meals in and more vegs
