This is more of an aesthetic post I realize, but enjoy an old journal spread. I went to NY Pride on Sunday, and it was so crazy and there were so many people and it made me so happy. (however i went with my dad, and he thinks i’m straight, we only went because he thought it would be interesting for me to see, so I didn’t buy/have anything rainbow with me)

So NYPD pepper sprayed, arrested, and beat peaceful protestors at the Queer Liberation March in Washington Square Park, literally 5 minutes away from Stonewall, and this is why I want the police to be defunded and the system reformed
