According to a woman who attended a town hall meeting for Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY-14), the British House of Lords is behind the impeachment of Donald Trump.
AOC later tweeted that the unnamed woman was a Trump supporter who had ties to the cult connected to the late Lyndon LaRouche. Use of the word “coup” by the woman at the town hall certainly points a finger in the direction of Trumpsters.
The LaRouchies are bizarre even by the standards of US conspiracy nuts. Among other things, they contend that Queen Elizabeth II is at the center of the international illegal drug trade and that her husband Prince Phillip wants to start World War III. Their founder Lyndon LaRouche started spewing such things in the 1970s.
Given their tendency to create their own reality, they may see Donald Trump as a kindred spirit. They have become fervent Trump supporters. They became leaderless when their founder died early in 2019 and could be looking to The Donald for guidance in conspiracies.
Indeed, Trump operative Roger Stone has tried to develop a relationship with them. And yes, there is also a LaRouche-Russia connection. 🇷🇺
So if AOC’s town hall is an indication, we’ll be seeing more bursts of activity by LaRouchies through this presidential election cycle.
At least one Sinclair station ran an inflammatory ad featuring a burning photo of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez during Thursday night's ABC News Democratic presidential debate.
Sinclair Broadcast Group is a medium sized network of TV stations run by a far right wing family. The bias displayed on their TV news makes Fox News look genuinely “fair and balanced” by comparison.
During the Democratic debate on Thursday the Sinclair station in Washington, WJLA, aired a political ad featuring a picture of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY-14) being burned.
The far right in this country has been emboldened by a president who considers Nazis to be “fine people”; threats of violence or death have skyrocketed.
Also during the Democratic debate, the most right wing member of the Texas legislature, Briscoe Cain, made a violent threat against Beto O’Rourke on Twitter. Twitter removed the threat.

When Republicans get called out for their violent threats, their usual response is that they were just being sarcastic or having fun. Making threats for fun may be an indication of an underlying psychological disorder. If that’s the case, these people may be candidates for those mental hospitals which senior Republicans want to build instead of doing anything to offend their overlords at the NRA.

It is a violation of federal law to threaten a federal official. 18 U.S.C. § 115(a)(1)(b)
Presumably it is also a crime to incite violence against federal officials. So if Gretna P.D. Ofc. Charlie Rispoli is charged under 18 U.S.C. § 115(a)(1)(b), then the following suspect also needs to be arrested.
