Help me move!!

please help me move! cockroaches in my apartment are getting much worse, i cant cook, sleep, or shower. my paranoia and hallucinations are getting much worse, and to top it all off apparently i cant request a NYCHA transfer because this isn't NYCHA, it's "private equity that leases out to NYCHA residents"! no phone number i call can help me, and i cant afford to move out on my own. i cant find a job, and im severely physically and mentally disabled and struggle to hold down a job because of it, im at a complete loss and any type of help is appreciated!
