It pissed down all day today. After hanging around waiting for it to stop, it finally lightened up a bit, so we headed out for a wee walk through Hurn Forest. The caravan park is right on the edge, so within a few minutes we entered into this wonderful Jurassic type forest with plush, lush ferns, pines, gorse and pretty yellow and purple flowers sprinkled throughout. Also some interesting timber arrangements!
