My face gets flushed And I got very hot temporarily around the same time everyday does this have to do with my medicine (concerta) wearing off?

That kind of depends on what time of day it’s happening and when you normally take your Concerta.

idk whats a bigger mess: my room or my life

my mom thinks I'm dyslexic because I struggle with languages and reading letters from different languages but like I've been evaluated when I got extra time and wouldn't they have noticed???¿ like maybe I'm just bad at reading out loud different letters. I'm 15 and have been diagnosed ADD since I was 7. And I'm not looking for more problems to add to the list

Maybe you’re just bad at languages. Some people are. My father had a horrible time learning other languages, which made seminary difficult for him since there’s a language requirement. If you were evaluated for learning disorders when you were being assessed for accommodations for ADHD, then yes they probably would have caught dyslexia.
