What is on his collar?

omg hi i updated the tags just in case of any concerns, since i know it’s bulky and looks a bit like a shock collar at first glance!! it’s a gps tracker by tractive. he has an airtag as well. obi escaped ~2 months after my fiance and i adopted him in 2024 after the leash the shelter provided broke off his harness, so after we found him the local lost dogs org gave us one for free.
