I actually think it is brilliant that the song that was the catalyst to House and Wilson meeting and becoming boy best friends is Leave a Tender Moment Alone by Billy Joel, because if you really pay attention to the lyrics (and like change the she's and girl's to he's and boy's/man's) then it really is a song that perfectly sums up their relationship and their love for each other. And like, I get why it made Wilson angry enough to lash out after receiving divorce papers, but like it is still Hilson's song. And it always will be. Always.
