His name is John "Perfect" Stealthtrans and he has no family of friends who knew him pre-transition who could possibly blow his cover.
He also hasn't encountered any systemic problems. The second he identified as transmasc everyone treated him as one and he managed to get on HRT in just three days and they scheduled his mastectomy and phalloplasty right away (the HRT and all medical procedures were completely free, of course) !!
He also has a good paying job, a house, a wife and kids of his own. Yeah, he had to detransition for a couple of years to be able to get pregnant and give birth safely, but thankfully nobody found his presence wrong at any of the clinics he visited ^^
He has also never been sexually abused at any point in his life. And the cis men treat him as one of their own because they don't see any difference between the groups whatsoever. He's just like them !!
