So my life has gone into overdrive with school and work (work being the prime source of just sapping every ounce of energy I have remaining due to how bones we are with our skeleton crew of staff)...

A: There's a food truck right over-

J: (firmly) Arun.

A: Y-Yes, love?

J: I'm perfectly fine. Little One is just kickin' around in there today more than usual. Feel?

A: (soft gasp) Oh wow.…Sorry for getting so worried all the time. I just-

J: (nods) I know.

A: Just tell me if you need anything, anything at all, and I'll make it happen. Okay?

J: Well...

A: (amused) Well?

J: I did see the cutest pair of baby booties in that store window over there.

A: Uh huh

J: And they might have some other stuff too, for the nursery

A: You wanna go take a look?

J: You know I can't resist a good bargain.

A: (laughs) Alright love. We can check it out.

J: And then after, tacos?

A: Sounds perfect to me.
