Not only because the Dead Dove: Do Not Eat tag is supposed to signal a heavy, potentially triggering fic, but also because you're supposed to follow it up by describing what specifically is triggering about it.

For example, if someone was looking for a Non-Con fic but one of the fics says "Kidnapping" and that person isn't too comfortable with that, they can skip it and choose a different one. But that person won't know what it is unless it's fucking tagged.

If you write a Dead Dove fic, you have a responsibility to tag that fic with whatever's relevant so people know what they're getting into. It is not that difficult. For fuck's sake.
