So how was the birthday? So far anyways?

it was great! played some scary signalis in the morning, ate some bagels, went to a little mini comic-con, and had a small party with my family. i expected it to be just my parents, aunt, and grandma, but my mom and dad surprised me by bringing in some of the extended family too. everyone wore a shirt themed to one of my interests, which i thought was super cute.

they also did a fun decoration with my old train toys for the table

some kids were the truck kid, i was the train kid. i played with these so much when i was little, it was wonderful to see it again. yes, i fiddled with them a little while eating, i couldn't help it

all in all, a great way to turn 30.
