Captain’s log, stardate 202004.29... 5/365 It’s always cool to run into old, but ‘new to me’ songs, especially the ones that speaks to your soul. Sick Puppies’ ‘Odd One’, from the album, Tri-Polar, released in 2009, is one of those songs that I could lyrically relate to on so many levels. I’ve always been an odd one growing up, and continue to do so today. No matter what part of life I go into during my lifetime, it’s like high school-- You will always find cliques that I will never fit into and would never want to be in. While I love Superman’s character, I’ve always been more of a loner like Batman, and I understand why, because he is the type of person who is there for people only when he is needed and not before.
