I'm just gonna admit this on main because honestly it feels like it's what I need to do right now and is possibly gonna be the best thing for me in the long-term, so, I have NPD. I wrote "I think" at first, but I know I do.
I just needed to get that off my chest because I've been thinking and have done some things that made me realize I have a stigma against myself and others and it is legitimately killing me and my friendships and my relationship. Not saying it is both making me refuse to look at issues and causing new ones. And also makes it so I can't even talk about things in a framework that honestly criticizes and doesn't self-pity myself.
I think the biggest thing I can do to crack that stigma in myself that's legitimately killing me and my relationships is just. To say it. With my whole chest. Soo, yeah, I have NPD, and I'm working on changing the bad parts of that, and accepting the neutral ones I never will change, and that's OK
