Today's colour is #0E0704, a very dark shade of red-orange.
Primeval. A slow rhythm curling and twisting among the furrows behind your eyes.
Notes of ebony, tobacco, cursed jewel, cheating at chess, and burnt coffee.
Today I wrote on my 'to-do' list that I needed to paint my nails. But I knew that I didn't want to paint them the same off-black as I always do, because I'd get bored and continue to bite my nails. Which is the reason I need nail-polish, by the by, to stop my intense nail biting habit. Anywhoo. The moral of this story is... my nails are neon pink. I'm not really sure how this happened. Kind of the first color I grabbed. Not sure how okay with this I am.
I am now adding nail polish to my Christmas list.
