Rey walked through the canteen with a tray in her hands when she noticed Merga sitting on her own. Or as far as she could remember, her name was Merga. The only thing she knew about her was that she used to be a knight of Ren and there were rumors about her being General Organa’s daughter. She wasn’t sure this was true, as sometimes Resistance members were speaking about a lot of things. Once she heard about herself that she could light fires with her own eyes.
That wasn’t true, obviously. This did not mean that she was not Leia’s daughter, though. She wanted to ask a few questions of her, about the knights of Ren and the Force. Not right away, of course, because this was not an interrogation.
“Hello,” she greeted her, approaching the table Merga was sitting at. “May I sit here?”
