@ofmdee : not perfect build showcase sceenshots, just random ones I could find right now, bur they get the idea across. The unterwater nightclub! It's called The Aquarium. Is it an aquarium? Is it a nightclub? Yes!

Entrance. It's in Oasis Springs, and everything except this small entrance building is underground. The whole build is basically a pool surrounding a building. You take the stairs down and end up in the main room, which has seating areas, a bar and dancefloors.

Main features of course are the various aquariums inside and the large windows looking into the big main aquarium that surround everything. There's lots of underwater deco in there, as well as fish! (You can shrink the small aquarium objects down to a size you can hide under rocks and that leaves you with freely floating/swimminh fish vfx, visible in some of the pics below.)
