Fin da piccola si appassiona al disegno e sceglie di perseguire una formazione artistica. Lavora come illustratrice per Repubblica (L'Espresso) e successivamente collabora con lo Studio Arancia, Enarmonia Pictures, l'Anonima Fumetti e con l'agenzia RedWhale. Da pochissimo ha “partorito” il primo volume della sua autoproduzione a fumetti “Nilihuè”. Oltre all'arte, ama profondamente la natura e il cinema. >>> [eng]
A tiny self-portrait and a love story remained unknown for over 100 years. The history of this painter from Boston will be illustrated by Elena Bia (Ofride) . <<< Elena Bia, aka Ofride, born in the mountains at north of Turin. Even as a child she is passionate about design and chooses to pursue an artistic education. She works as an illustrator for "La Repubblica" (L'Espresso) and subsequently collaborated with Studio Arancia, Enarmonia Pictures, the Anonima Comics and the RedWhale agency. Since very little has "given birth" the first volume of her self-comic "Nilihuè". In addition to art, she loves deeply the nature and the cinema. >>>
