Honestly, it wouldn’t take all too much. If she’s closer than just acquaintances with someone, odds are she would have little problems killing someone for them provided they had a good reason (or what Muffet considered a good reason.) She’s also quick to believe someone if she thinks they have no reason to lie to her, so a good handful of her friends could simply tell her “that dude’s a murderer” or something like that and she’d believe them and feel justified in killing him.

As of current she hesitates to call anyone a best friend because she feels in order for someone to be her best friend, it has to be mutual as well. She doesn’t think anyone would call Muffet a best friend, and as such, doesn’t really consider anyone else a best friend. Though if someone were to come at all close, it would be Korra, at the moment. But who knows what the future holds? She’s still rather new to the whole ‘friends’ thing in general.
