Unbe-leaf-able colors up on Old Snowbasin Road. Okay, bear with me here. I’ve wanted to write about this for a while, but my frustrations with this platform made me stop posting altogether. When I was first getting into photography and bought my own camera, I used Instagram as my primary place to share what I captured. Over the last year however, I stopped posting as much. This is because while I used to get 100+ likes on many of my photos and comments that I could interact with, I no longer see much of anything. 30 likes here, 50 likes there. Despite my follower count, no one can bother to check out what I post. No one follows me either. I’m actually dropping in followers every week. Is it because my photos aren’t good? Am I not posting the right content? Or is Instagram just dead because of algorithm changes? So, I stopped posting everything that I’m doing. I’m not sure what I can do to change this, but Instagram isn’t he platform that it once was.
