57. Jul 19, Wed. Completed the 30s round and got started with the 20s up to the start of deadlifts.
49. Jun 30, Fri. Late so took the call at home and by the time I went out I couldn't get a trike at first. When I finally got one, it had to stop for gas. So I came late for the workout. For my warmup I did burpees instead. Managed up to 19 when coach made me stop since we'll be doing the strength part already. For the WOD only managed 51 and lost count of the burpees I did.

I have forgot about these. Thursday and Friday I was having some lower back and Left him soreness SO i fell back and took a rest. Today I warmed up with 12 miles on the bike.
Then I did 3 sets of 10 squats just the bar with 5 second drop.
Slow and controled.
Areas where I felt the burn:
shoulders
middle of my back
quads
core
After it was done I could feel my lats a bit too. the only surprise was the core. Because Its been a while I had to make sure I was getting my breathing and bracing my core timing right.
Gotta bring this back.
