Observation Log

Cor tried to organise his stream of thoughts. Something was up with the Glaives. The Galahdian Glaives? No not all of them, it was just Ulric’s group specifically.

Cor Leonis has observed the Kingsglaive for years. He can tell when something else has caught their attention, he just doesn't know what.

Nyx would prefer the Marshall straight up ask them what he wants to know. Nyx might not answer but it would be better then feeling his eyes following them! Really why couldn't these Insomnians be more blunt?

"What would you do if someone wrote you a letter years ago and only now do you think you have the confidence to reply to it?" Crowe blinked slowly and stared. Prompto shrugged defensively. "Genuine question." "Kid," She half started and then stopped rubbing the bridge of her nose between two fingers. "Who exactly is this letter for?" 'And why are you asking me?' she silently despaired. Prompto paused eyes narrowing and glancing around them. Crowe had to hold back a hysterical laugh at the fact that whatever this was it was important enough he remembered to do the perimeter sweep she had taught him. "Is this a conversation for back at my apartment?" She tried to soften her voice. Prompto nodded slowly. Crowe nodded back and then shook her thoughts away. "Okay kid, follow me."

Oh i fear this oneshot is gradually becoming a multi chapter fic..

Prompto bonding with the galahdians ideas

1. Getting brought out to eat their food

Prom being a baby with spice at first but being determined to build up a tolerance and then he dies

2. Prom helping look after some of the young kids, in exchange for not being lonely at home + all the aunties pile him with food + love because "your too skinny dear!"

3. Trainingggg

I need more ideas,,

Nyx adopting him into clan ulric except it was a big fight between the group over who got him and nyx won by virtue of being the one who initially sought him out

Prompto talking to Noct about em? Somehow it being kind of a secret for years that they hang out but it wasnt like intentional maybe?

Cor does his one month training with Prompto and is like "Who the fuck trained you before this???" And Prompto just starts... Listing all the Glaive Lieutenants??

I think for "Of Hearth and Home" (please litearlly anyone give me a better name for it if this ends up sticking im going to cry-) im accrpting itll end up very cannon divergent so i think Cor will actually get to train Prompto earlier then just before the wedding (in fact TBH their might not even be a wedding) but i still want him to get hit over the head in surprise that Prom comes pre trained

However

I also want him to know something is up with the Galahdian glaives and have an outsider pov oneshot of him spending ages trying to figure that out

Also after training Prompto Cor getting dragged into the Galahdians friend group? Yes

Also,,, i may or may not have a redemption arc for a certain Lazarus planned
