We have 2 Ohigan. The first one is in March and the second one is in September. In these Ohigan days, we go and visit the family cemetery.

I went to a temple to clean gravestones and found butterbur scapes. Butterbur scape is a edible wild plant which can be harvesed in mountains around spring. We eat them in tempura. I see spring now... eat as well😊
