I always wonder if people WANT their own dogs to be put down for biting someone? Is that why they don’t leash? They WANT their dog to run into the road? I already know they don’t care if anyone is allergic or fearful of dogs.

My dog stays on a leash IN MY OWN HOUSE when people are over because she is an animal, and animals can be unpredictable,and it's just common fucking courtesy to be mindful of that! I can't with these trust fund white people and their precious pomski/goldendoodle/wheezing french bull dogs biting my ankles and jumping up on me...just RUDE

Thank y’all for the common fucking sense. Like, again, just because your dog is nice to YOU don’t mean shit when a toddler or something else catches their eye.

Taking a little break from the Hesperias and trophy hunting (86% complete!). This is a completely new world with a new Sim, Anja Hawke! I regret giving her the Hawke surname because it could be confused with Dragon Age 2 but it’s too late to change it. So I will just refer to her as Anja. As an experiment, I won’t be giving her any career. Instead, she started out as a bit of a scavenger, digging up collectibles to sell, as she leveled up her skills that would let her do stuff that can be sold/published for money. So, instead of the usual careers, she’s a freelance writer-painter-programmer. Her primary source of income since I started her a couple days ago has been writing and publishing romance books. After I got her max leveled in writing, I’d write/publish a book a day, and then spend the rest of the day leveling up her painting skill and selling her paintings. Painting skill was maxed, so I’ve moved on to having her level programming and she just started writing a mobile app. Progress! She will probably do music once programming is maxed. After 2 days of playing her, she’s earned enough to nearly complete Fabulously Wealthy. The freelance work is very lucrative. Without a standard career, she’s just churning out money-makers and leveling her skills. She’s maxed Cooking, Logic (she finished Nerd Brain during this time too), Painting, Rocket Science, and Writing. During this time, she had also been dating several people. The one who stood out from the rest was Ricky, because Ricky is the first time I have knowingly encountered an alien in this game! He’s Romantic, Creative, and Jealous. I don’t dig the jealous thing, but I was curious enough about the alien thing to advance the romance. Now they are living together. I’m having her mentor him to get his skills up so he can be a writer-painter-programmer too. Eventually they will probably have some alien-Sim hybrid babies. :) That’s Anja and Ricky in the screenshots. And Anja’s cute freelance romance writer cottage. It has since expanded a little bit to accommodate a desk and computer for Ricky so they can both do their freelance work.

Oh gods, let me know if you can sleep with that type of mask? I have severe sleep apnea and have to settle for slowly dying in my sleep because I can’t deal with the damn mask at all. I had a big one that covered nose and mouth though.

I sleep with this MUCH better than I did with the face mask covering my nose and mouth. I slept slightly better with the mask just covering the nose but it kept blowing air in my eyes bc my skull is nearly flat in the back. It settles very nicely under my nose, doesn’t blow air into my eyes, and they have multiple sizes. It’s called the Philips Respironics Nuance Pro Nasal Pillow System.

My machine also has a humidifier which I HIGHLY recommend if cold air being blasted into your nose fucks it up like it does for me.

I still rip it off in the middle of the night alot but do it a LOT less (mostly when my water in the humidifier runs out).

Like, I’m sure there’s someone out there named Egg or Toast or something, and although I’m more of an open-hand kind of combatant, one of us could carry a baseball bat with “This is my Breakfast Club!” stenciled across it. (And yeah, that’s really my last name. If I were gonna choose a pen name it’d probably be something cooler LOL.)
