They meet late at night at a grocery store. Oikawa is still at a stage of hiding his sweets under vegetables but Akaashi's cart is unapologetically filled with fattening things he likes (and mustard greens) They end up in the chip isle at the same time. Oikawa is already there, standing in the way of Akaashi's favourite snack. Instead of being annoyed, Akaashi is very immediately taken. He's too cool for crushes though so he just tries to sneak past Oikawa to grab his things and leave but, well... they're both too fat for that to work. 

There's bumping and mumbling and brushing of limbs against tums and I'm honestly not smooth enough to figure out what Akaashi could say that would end with Oikawa willingly ending up naked in his bed that very evening but it happens. Their relationship develops from there. 

Akaashi is just a hair shorter and a hair fatter than Oikawa but they carry their flab differently. Akaashi is pretty bottom heavy with a big jiggly butt and round dimpled thighs. His belly droops into a flabby apron that hangs completely over his genitals when he stands naked. Oikawa grabs it any chance he gets. He's the number one culprit for pulling Akaashi's shirts out of his pants to set it free (usually just when they're alone, but sometimes he gets daring)

Meanwhile Oikawa is more proportionate with impressive love handles and wide shoulders that lead into soft plush arms. Being with Akaashi has made him a lot more comfortable with himself and now he'll occasionally wave his batwings around for Akaashi's benefit. His belly protrudes forward more than Akaashi's and it makes kissing and really anything they do face-to-face more interesting.

In the bedroom there are a few things they can't really do, but they make up for it by getting creative with everything they can do. Akaashi's ass is just too juicy for certain positions, and Oikawa's knee makes topping in certain ways kinda painful but they're both really attentionate lovers with a thing for foreplay. They can just lay there making out and grabbing at each other for hours, and they're both big into frotting. Who needs hands when you have all this nice fat to keep everything in place?

Neither of them are actively gaining but Oikawa gained about 15 pounds since he started dating Akaashi just because he feels more free to eat whatever he wants. Meanwhile Akaashi has put on about 20 pounds in the same amount of time, just from being happy about being in a relationship :p
