Even though Joe Caputo was pretty creepy early on, I appreciate the fact that he recognized what he did. He realized that he can’t tell a woman that she didn’t experience harassment, he can’t decide she’s not a victim. I appreciate that. It’s important to acknowledge the shitty things you do so you can grow as a person. He did the right thing in the end and that is so important. He really doesn’t deserve special praise for it but I just hope other men see that and understand how important it is.
