I dont really think “Isn’t She Lovely” fits in the TADC finale. If it was a song that really resonated with the creator then I get its inclusion but with the subject matter of the song and Jax’s identity idk. I guess if you twist some things around it fits superficially but like beyond the hook of the song I can’t reconcile the two. Like Songs in the Key of Life has such a strong and specific energy and vision that incorporating it into something like TADC doesn’t quite fit with what TADC is trying to do so the show flattens the song as a result of trying to force its messaging into the show’s presentation rather than there being synergy between the two.
