3 cleans + 3 jerks 55lb, 65lb, 70lb, 75lb, 70lb + jerk practice at 70lb, focusing on not leaning forward during the dip and really pushing under the bar 5 segmented clean pulls, same weights as above 3 strict press in the split jerk position 35, 45, 50, 45 I'm finally getting comfortable pushing myself and I'm SO excited to text my maxes to see where I stand. My coach took a video of me last night and I impressed myself with my form. Normally I just feel like I'm flinging the bar up and whatever happens happens so it's nice to see myself doing the movements correctly.
