It’s always crazy looking back a year ago and seeing where you were, the goals you had and the ones you’ve achieved. I had such huge plans for myself this year and goals I wanted to obtain for myself and this business. I have fallen short on almost all of them thus far... but, in the midst of that all “failure” I have grown in so many other ways that I never knew I could or would for that matter. Sometimes we set goals and focus so hard on that goal, that we forget to look at the big picture and see where we have come to get to where we are, right now, although it might not be where we wanted to be or thought it is where we should be, I bet you that you’re in a better place and have grown exponentially since the last time you assessed your goals and plans of what you wanted or where you wanted to be. Keep up the good fight everyone. We will all get there soon enough, but don’t forget to stop and enjoy the process sometimes. That is what I am currently doing, I’m taking it all in and it’s refreshing to know that I have grown and learned new things, even though I am not where I wanted to be from a year ago, I’m not sure that’s where I should be now... if that makes sense?
