Wow okay Day 29 of OMGoctober was killer, especially back to back. However, I feel like I'm not getting enough cardio with these workouts. So for November (I don't know Cassey's name for it yet), in addition to already adding 20 minutes of stretching (10 before and 10 after), I'm also going to be adding an extra cardio video, along with a plank challenge. So I'll probably be adding an extra half hour to my workout every day, making it an hour and a half instead of an hour. November is going to KILL me, but it'll be SO worth it! I feel the six pack coming already! c:

I've been missing. Sorry! I've been busy filling out forms and taking placement exams. Why? Registration for spring classes is November 8th! I'm really fucking excited. I had this fall semester off, which has been such a blessing. I feel refreshed, ready to learn, and just...better. It's a good feeling. But I haven't been neglecting my workouts!
So the workout for today is still from Blogilates OMGoctober Calender. I finally got sick of searching for all the videos, and made playlists for the rest of the month.

October 22th
Suffering from a very bad cold and sinusitis which causes major headaches all the time...
But I still managed to do some omg october workouts!

I loved the new workout! Definitly felt the burn in my obliques today, which is my problem area so I'm happy.
Was completely broken after those three workouts so left it at that and got some nice hot thee and aspirins.
And now I got some serious studying to do...
Back from Netball, exhausted and about to do some Geography homeowrk. Made in Chelsea later, makes my night so much better!! And i'll probably do some POP Pilates as well.
October 19th

Didn't do the summer sweatfest 'cause by the end I had a headache... But I still got 40 minutes of good excersize.
But after I worked out my mom came home with chocolate pie (why mom whyyy) and I had to give in... I have no trouble to keep on track with my workouts but the diet is a serious problem...
I love eating so muuuuch :'(
