Houjicha with Gold Leaf from Kanazawa. There's real edible gold in it! I love Kanazawa, city of seafood and gold - it's a less travelled city (well, compared to the big 3 of Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto) and definitely worth a visit, especially during crab season. There are still plenty of tourists though. Also, somehow, despite gold-leafing everything in sight, they somehow manage to not make it tacky, unlike a certain prominent American's style. *cough*
