took a break from Showdown for a little bit to work on a fun little experiment.

working with fake 3d is surprisingly complex, so i’ll remake this in Unity with actual 3D when I get the time. I have a neat idea in mind.

OK. recap of the last 2 weeks:

1. I had a crisis where I wanted to change the graphics and I was on the fence for like a week and a half but ima stay with this style.

2. I figured out how to record gifs in 60fps! gosh that looks smooth.

3. I had an idea on how to expand my game to have a more nidhogg-ish pacing. if im happy with the prototype then i’ll show you guys

4. I’ll make a blog video soon where i’ll vent into a mic about what’s some of the thoughts i have about the project rn and stuff. look forward to it.
