So I kinda just came out to my parents. We were in Vancouver where all the gay bars were and basically where the lgbqta symbolism is more visible and my mum was asking me what all those letters meant so I started explaining them to her when she asked me what I was. So I explained what A stood for and told her I’m probably an Asexual, or a Demisexual. She started asking me what that meant and it ended up with her telling me she is also probably a Demisexual and biromantic, but didn’t know there were such “confusing” labels to them.
