What do you use to watch kdramas? ive gotten interested in some that youve posted, but idk where to watch them

I watch most of my dramas on DramaFever. You can watch most of their shows without getting a premium pass, so there’s a lot of options from Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, etc. But if you want to watch things that are currently airing, or the movies, then you have to pay the extremely expensive price of $4.99/mo for the premium pass.
If the show I’m watching isn’t on DramaFever, then I check on Viki. It’s basically the same deal as DramaFever, except their subs are from volunteer groups (which doesn’t mean the quality is any less). They have also added ‘learning mode,’ where it will show you the subtitles in English and in Korean and you can click on the Korean subtitles to learn how to say that word that they just said in the show. You can turn this on and off at will, just like the comments previous viewers of the ep have left which appear at the top of the video. Just click the settings icon and turn them off.
Like with DramaFever, there is PLENTY to watch without buying their viki pass, which, also like DramaFever, is hugely expensive, at $4.17-8.33/mo, depending on which pass you buy. I only have the DramaFever Premium, not a viki pass, but I still find plenty to watch.

And I use MyDramaList to look up shows and actors, to see reviews people have left for those shows, and to keep track of what shows I’ve seen, dropped, and plan to watch in the future. It’s really nifty! You can look at my profile, reviews, and watchlist here.
I’d say to ask me if you have any questions about what shows to watch, but obviously, I wouldn’t barf all over my tumblr with posts about shows I don’t like, so you can either ask me or just wade through my kdrama tag to see what I’ve liked. I’ve also “reviewed” a few under kdrama review. Or just look at my Lists on MyDramaList (it’s under my picture). From there you can organize the list by rating to find what shows I liked the most and least.
I also have a playlist of fan MVs for several shows I’ve seen on my youtube. Warning: The videos will spoil stuff for you in those shows.
If you watch a drama and didn’t like it, try another. There are so so so so so many to choose from that it’s basically impossible not to find at least one to fit your tastes.
