There is one "magic anon" ask left. Apologies for not tagging the last two asks. I was too distraught over this living nightmare to think clearly.
I wish that these words would stop pouring from my fingers.

Shin Ah x Reader
Lately, Shin Ah has been acting a little... off. You’ve noticed it, even as quiet as he usually is, this is bizarre. You’ve tried everything to cheer him up-- spending time looking at the clouds in the day time, or stars at night, telling him the stories of the constellations, or creating stories with the shapes in the clouds.
But nothing has been helping.
Finally, you sit Shin Ah down, and take his hands into your own. Even with his mask on, you know him well enough that you can notice that something is bothering him. Whatever it is must be a doozy, because you have never seen him this upset, ever.
“Shin Ah, what’s wrong?” you ask, your eyebrow furrowing with concern. For a moment, his hands tighten around yours, but they loosen again, as if he had never done the action in the first place.
“I...” he starts, but trails off. You rub his hand gently with your thumb, letting him know that you’re there for him. “I feel like... I’m not good enough... for you.” He glances away, then looks back at you, you can feel it. Raising his hands to your lips, you gently place a kiss on his knuckles.
“Shin Ah, you are someone I trust more than anyone else. Your past, your identity, those things don’t mean too much to me. They are just parts that were added together to make you,” you assure him. He doesn’t seem convinced though, so you continue. “You are the dearest person I hold in my heart, you are someone I want to spend the rest of my life with, and I want to share happiness with you. Every part of you is beautiful, Shin Ah.” Pressing the back of his hand against your cheek, you smile at him, wishing and hoping that your words reach his heart. “I love you, Shin Ah,” you smile softly, intertwining your fingers with his.
A light pink paints his cheeks, and when he tightens his grip on your hand, it feels more assured. That, in and of itself, reassures you. Maybe your words did reach him.
Jae-ha number 17 please :)
Jae Ha x Reader
From this post.
“Looks like we’ll be trapped for a while.”
Somehow, some way, you were all dragged into a game of Truth or Dare, and everyone in the room knows that you have the biggest, stupidest crush on Jae Ha. Everyone. You’re pretty sure Jae Ha even knows, it’s not like you’re discreet. He’s an attractive man, and honestly, who can blame you? You’re pretty sure you’re not the only one.
Jae Ha is prompted with truth or dare, as the game always goes. Using his usual tactic, he chooses dare– of course. So, Yona, in hopes of helping you out even a little bit, dares him to play Seven Minutes in Heaven with you. Your stomach drops to the ground, your face heats up immediately, and you know how cramped Hak’s closet can be.
He agrees, unafraid of any challenge, and you can hardly believe your ears. Being almost forcibly pushed in, they close the door, and you can hear it lock. Sitting on the floor, you find it difficult to speak, and can only hope that nothing too weird will happen.
“Looks like we’ll be trapped for a while,” he muses, sitting on the floor with you. Here, you are given a perfect opportunity to tell him how you feel. But even the prospect of telling him how you feel is frightening; what if he rejects you?
You know you’ll regret it if you let this opportunity pass you by. You go for it.
“Hey, Jae Ha?” you ask, somewhat timidly, feeling your face and neck heat up more than they already had. “I… uh…” you stammer. It’s really difficult to say it. Glancing at him, you see he’s waiting patiently, a small, genuine smile on his face. In that moment, you know he won’t mock you at all. He’s probably had this conversation a ton of times before. “I… like you… a lot.”
Waiting for his reply feels like an eternity. You just want to disappear, for these seven minutes to be over and done with, so you can hide your shame forever.
“Thanks,” he says, smiling at you. You feel your heart squeeze, and wonder what else he could say. “I kind of like you, too.”
What?
Hearing those words from him was like every daydream, every fantasy, coming true in that moment. You force yourself to contain your excitement, and you’re about to open your mouth when you hear the door unlock. Yona peeks her head in, smiling knowingly, and lets the two of you out, leading you back to the living room, where everyone else is waiting.
You take a step forward when you feel a hand on your shoulder, turning you around, and the next thing you know, Jae Ha has his lips pressed against yours, his hand cradling the back of your neck. He breaks the kiss, winks at you, and walks away as if nothing ever happened.
Hello! Could you write about the reader noticing shin-ha is warming up to them please? Ah if possible no modern au
Shin Ah x Reader
You have met the Blue Dragon many times, and you always considered it an honor to meet the dragons of legend. You quickly befriended the group of travelers, despite their oddities. However, the Blue Dragon always seemed a little distant. The others eased your worries with “oh that is just his personality”, but you still went out of your way to try to become his friend, without much avail.
The travelers found their way into your part of the kingdom once again, the day before yesterday. You welcomed them like old friends, and helped them with dinner. Today, you are fetching firewood for them, so you can make them yet another proper dinner (since, despite how good of a chef Yoon is, they have limited supplies).
You sense a presence behind you, and glance over your shoulder to see Shin Ah. “Ah, hello!” you greet with a smile. “How are you today, Shin Ah?” you ask, turning around, with arms filled with firewood. Of course, he doesn’t answer, but you don’t let that faze you. “Would you like to help me collect firewood?”
He nods slowly, and holds out his arms. You drop about half of your load into the cradle he created, holding the other half in your arms. You’re used to that amount of weight, and you never picked up huge pieces, as they rarely burned well.
You talk more to yourself than to him as you collect more pieces of firewood, telling Shin Ah about your life lately, and how the farming has been. You tell him how your family is doing well, and how they came to visit you in the spring to help plant crops for the upcoming year.
“You... have a... family...?” he asks, and you immediately stop your rambling, turning around to look at him. Overwhelmed with joy, you beam.
“That’s the first time you’ve talked to me, Shin Ah!” you smile brightly. “Yes, I have a family,” you state, then proceed to describe your family to Shin Ah. He nods in understanding as you excitedly chatter on, asking him questions, with little to no responses.
But you don’t really care that he doesn’t answer. You won’t push him. You’re just glad he trusted you enough to speak in the first place. Hopefully the two of you can become great friends.
'Survivor style reality tv show AU and you came here to win' with Hak please! Thanks! :D
Hak x Reader (Modern AU)
From this post.
Disclaimer: I don’t really watch these kinds of shows, so this might be a shot in the dark. Also, thank you to sailortamaran for the team names.
It’s showdown time. There are only two teams left, yours, and Acupsuki no Yona, the rivaling team on this episode of Cupcake Wars. Surely, Koukakes can beat them, but you’re not sure after seeing Acupsuki no Yona’s sous chef. He has a certain bloodthirstiness to him, and after the last round, you’re sure he’s been tampering with ingredients. Professional bakers just don’t confuse vinegar and vanilla.
The judges seem to be onto him, too, but Acupsuki’s cupcakes are so good, they can’t just disqualify them. Soo Won, one of the judges, seems especially wary of the sous chef, but he just laughs it off upon questioning. Geun Tae definitely is onto him, but the leader of Acupsuki, Yona, keeps convincing him that nothing is wrong.
The third challenge starts, and you have to make 500 cupcakes, which will surely be challenging. You and your teammates are completely focused, immediately brainstorming for what you can do. You glance over at Acupsuki’s sous chef, Hak, and notice he is holding a box of sugar in one hand and a box of salt in the other, smirking at you. Having quite enough of his cheating, you pick up the nearest butcher knife, and stab it into the cutting board in front of you.
“Bring it on, Acupsuki! You’re not tricking us on this one,” you declare, straightening and crossing your arms over your chest. You hear Soo Won giggle in excitement, as he leans in closer to watch the war brewing between the two teams. Geun Tae sighs loudly, clearly disinterested. “Pull anything, and we’ll fight back, tenfold!”
“That’s slander!” Yona cries out, but you won’t be falling for the innocent act. Hak, standing behind her, punches his palm with his other fist. You take the knife out of its standing position in the cutting board, and hold it, challenging all of them.
The challenge starts, and you notice that Hak tries to switch out your salt and sugar. Yelling, you rush over to your bowl, grabbing a handful of batter, and sticking it right into his face. Soo Won claps, while Geun Tae finally seems interested. Hak tastes the batter that is unceremoniously flowing down his face, looking pensive for a moment. “You know, I think it needs a touch of salt,” he emphasizes, before pouring half of the box of salt into your batter.
“You son of a--!” you shriek, launching yourself at him from the other side of the counter. Tackling him to the ground, Soo Won and Geun Tae stand to get a better view of the fight, in hopes that one of you will break a limb. “Jae Ha!” you shout at your sous chef.
“Got it~” he smiles, jumping over the counter and rushing towards Acupsuki’s station. Grabbing the paprika, he opens the cap and pours it into their batter.
“No!” Yona yells, her hands reaching for Jae Ha’s throat. Meanwhile, you are trying to keep Hak pinned to the ground, elbowing him in the ribcage. Finally, Soo Won hops over the judge’s table, rushing towards the two of you. Both your eyes and Hak’s widen as he jumps, meaning to land on top of the two of you. Hak grabs a hold of you, and rolls out of the way, watching the blond man unceremoniously fall to the floor with a splat.
Panting, the two of you exchange looks, his arms still around you. Whoa... he’s pretty hot... you realize, as you are mere inches away from his face. But he’s the enemy! Jae Ha and Yona are still fighting, Geun Tae is laughing at Soo Won, and the host has officially left the room in hopes that the two teams will settle their differences on their own.
“So, um, you wouldn’t want to get coffee or something, would you?” you ask, resting on top of Hak. He thinks about it momentarily, seriously pondering his options. “It’s either that or we stay and watch this train wreck.”
“Coffee sounds nice,” he says immediately after you finish. “Let’s go.”
YOOOO! Can you do one where reader tries to teach Hak English? :D
Hak x Reader (Modern AU; Native English speaking Reader)
“Yo,” Hak greets, holding his bag over his shoulder as he walks towards you. You transferred to this school not too long ago, yet you already know this beast of a man.
“Hey, Hak,” you greet. “What’s up?”
He doesn’t look directly at you for a moment, his eyes focusing on something else it seems. Curious about whatever he could be worried about, you take a step closer to him, tilting your head as you look at him. He sighs before giving you somewhat of a straight answer.
“I... You speak English, right?” he asks, and you nod. “Well, I’m need... some help in English class. It’s really kicking my ass, you know?”
“Well, English isn’t an easy language,” you try to ease his pain. It really isn’t an easy language, you’re just lucky to have it as a first language. “Granted, Korean wasn’t easy to learn, either,” you laugh nervously. “I can help you, if you need it,” you offer, smiling slightly.
And that’s how it begins. You tutor Hak after school on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, helping him with vocabulary and grammar. He mostly struggles with pronouns, adjectives, and adverbs, and where to put them. The syntax can be a little bizarre, so you just gently remind him of where it needs to go.
Today, you meet like any other day. You have your workbooks ready for him, and slide them across the table. “Any questions before we start?” you ask, and he hesitates.
“I want to know how to say something,” he muses.
“What’s up?”
“How do you say ‘saranghae’ in English?” he asks, looking you dead in the eye. Your face feels a little warm, and you can’t help but look away.
“W-Who are you going to say that to?” you ask, trying to stop yourself from hoping. He can have anyone he wants, why go for the transfer student?
“How do you say it?” he asks again, his stare becoming a little more intent.
“You say it as... ‘I love you’...” you mumble, your face getting warmer and warmer as time goes on. Then you realize, he probably wants to say it to that red-haired girl who hangs out with him... Yona, right?
“I love you,” he states casually in English, his accent a little strong. “Like that?” You can’t help it; it’s so cute, that all you can do is nod, and wish he was saying it to you. “I love you,” he repeats. You look him in the eye, and he says it again. “I love you.”
“Wait... are you saying that to--?”
“You. I love you,” he emphasizes, giving you a small grin. You smile, your face feeling so warm, but you think it’s okay.
“Saranghae.”
