It's been a while since I've shared some commercial interiors, so as I *ahem* comfortably sit here in the Dwi Para Sirsasana pose, or as I like to call it; the "how on earth do legs get back there" pose (for my visual friends - view here) I offer to you all the beauty that is the One Hot Yoga & Pilates Melbourne Studio.

With fresh air circulated through the inner city studio every 60 minutes, this 1950′s industrial building has received a new lease on life. Designed by Robert Mills, the concrete warehouse structure houses the first core body temperature Slow Hot Flow studio in the world. The mix of fresh air and natural heat set to 37 degrees, combined with clean lines, recycled materials, textured fabrics and tone-on-tone colour scheme throughout, create an environment that resonates with the yoga principles of calmness and contemplation.

The One Hot Yoga & Pilates experience is based on the point of connection between architecture, Yoga and Pilates, being that the space we inhabit, both inside and outside our bodies directly influences our physical and psychological wellbeing.

Now tell me you don't feel more tranquil after seeing this space!
