Another wip cutscene, the warp ship in Proxima Centauri orbit
Gorgo’s Last Stand (Of Tourism)
Gorgo, queen of Sparta has spawned in the depths of the jungle. She founded Sparta (if you are queen of Sparta, might as well make Sparta exist), and started to befriend city states.
Rome, on the northeast beaches, was friendly, but they tried to consume Geneva, Sparta’s friend... our party pushed back the invaders, but had to turn back, as the romans had something we didn’t... Walls... However, the Spartans stole a settler, and converted them to spartanism, founding a city to the North, on the coast...
To the east was Barbarossa, who was friendly because I was no Suzerain of Any City States. Of course, his mood changed the moment I became one, but since the queen had a big army, and he liked big armies, they got along fine.
Suddenly, Rome and China of the icy south has declare war from Gorgo. Rome got into trouble with the loyal state of Kabul, and China just couldn’t compete with the southern guard, thus feeding Gorgo’s power of increasing of culture through songs about heroic battles... In the end, Rome made a cheap peace, but China had to give up the southern town of Beijing, as it was dangerously close to Gorgo’s lands. Gorgo has also stolen a Chinese settler to make another frontier town.
Cyrus was there too, to the likewise colder west. He really liked these wars.
As time passed, a mystical island of city states and two german colonies was found, where Gorgo has sent out another settler. A bit further to the east, there was also the continent of Alexander The Great. He was promptly ignored.
Eventually, Rome forgave Gorgo, and became Bestest Friends (allies). Friendship! He probably agreed because this way nobody could stop him from taking over Kumasi! NOO!
Suddenly, Cyrus and Barbarossa declared war? Why??? Cyrus just did a sneak attack and dragged along Barbarossa, or did Barbarossa finally get enough of Gorgo being Suzerains of too many mercanary states? We will never know, but the persians lost a settler, and Barbarossa had to give up the town of Ulm when the war ended, but got 60 gold per turn as payment. Meanwhile, Gorgo’s culture increased...
...until she won, due to the power of SOCIAL MEDIA and MERCHANTS.

Hello everyone, to honor Trajan’s victory in the Civilization Twitter contest, I present the Trajan Battle Royale.
This game features 21 Trajans using Urdnot’s fantastic Roman Empire mod created in celebration of the 10th Anniversary of Civilization V’s release earlier this year.
The game has a slimmer mod-set than CBRX and new optimizations, but the two key new experiments to help with future Royales are:
1. EW’s Unit Limits mod, which prevents carpet overflows (really important for our late-game woes).
2. Minimum city distance increase to 4 tiles (less overall congestion)
For those wondering how this game came about, over on Twitter, and Civ 6 leader royale took place and [Trajan came out the victor](https://twitter.com/CivGame/status/1410644538260033537). The game was run and recorded using my work machine which uses macOS so it comes with three crucial caveats: 1. No DLL mods, 2. 21 civs is the upper limit, 3. Manual screenshots (very time consuming). So not to get too excited, we still need a machine to do the big mamma Royale.
If able, please help us promote this mini-series on Twitter using the hashags below. It is a chance to get eyes on the project and it takes little effort so give us hand!
