A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and cheesy rice, all cooked together for a comforting and satisfying dinner.
Ingredients: 1 cup rice. 2 cups chicken broth. 2 cups broccoli florets. 1 lb chicken breast, diced. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup milk. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large skillet, combine rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Layer broccoli over rice, then add diced chicken on top. Cover and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken and broccoli. Pour milk evenly over the cheese. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste before serving.
