I'm excited to see the direction my life is now headed. One week ago from today I was HANGRY and waiting (not so patiently) in pre-op to forever change my life. This surgery was one of my best decisions in life. It's not a quick fix. It's NOT easy. The things we take for granted are now work for me. I have to set reminders to drink fluid so I don't dehydrate. Yes, no joke! Swallow too much at once and the pain is real! I still haven't eaten FOOD that I can chew and won't for several more weeks. BUT ITS WORTH IT!!! I'm fighting for my life to healthy and successful. I am successful at so many things in my life. One week post op!!

So I'm one week post op! I just started the pureed food diet and I'm getting a little heart burn but I'm feeling ok. Its weird not feeling hungry and I almost have to force myself to eat stuff lol.Bob and The day before surgery I weighed 394 now I'm 388! I can't wait to lose more.
