York monthly financial statements are ready on the 18th of every month right? and we have to pay a minimum every month? its the 20th but there isnt a statement for september 18th

Yes, and no you don’t need to pay a minimum every month. The minimum is due at the beginning of each session, i.e Sept and Jan.

The university might be late on the update, happens sometimes.

It's the 22nd and I still haven't gotten my September statement yet. What should I do?

Just look at your transactions! The online statement is not a big deal and they might be late in updating that’s all. If you’re exceptionally worried then contact Student Financial Services.

Hey, so I just added a full year class onto my schedule, but it overlaps with one of my winter classes. This doesn’t bother me, but on the bottom on my schedule it says:

“There is at least one block of time above where more than one course is scheduled to meet simultaneously. All such blocks of time are listed below, along with the courses in conflict for each. Note that some conflicts are allowed: there are courses which schedule bi-weekly lectures and tutorials which will appear to conflict, even though they are held in alternate weeks. If your conflict is between a lecture and tutorial for the same course, please check with the department that offers the course.”

I checked my financial statement and it hasn’t been added to it yet. My question is:

1. Does it take time for my class’ charge to be added to my financial statement?

2. Will the fact that it conflicts with another class prevent it from being added onto my schedule and therefore my financial statement?

Hey! So I picked up my clicker last week (around Sept. 15 or 16) and the charges haven't showed up on my student account yet. Wasn't it supposed to show up on the September statement (around the 18) or will it be on the October one? Thanks :)

Check your transactions if you don’t see it on the online statement.

I exchanged a course today. I know the full refund includes courses which were dropped today. However, it's still not showing up on my statement. What if it shows tomorrow? Will they take 10% of my money?

For interest penalties, the website says that interest charges are not assessed on transactions that appear for the first time on your statement. Since first years will have their first statement on Sept 18, does that mean we won't get charged interest even if we don't pay minimum amount by tmrw? I've paid some but my OSAP hasn't come in yet so now I'm worried.

Your first statement should already be on your account unless you enrolled in all your courses after August 18.

I was looking over my online student account...I noticed three payments were separate loan payments were made. I haven't made those payments so I was wondering where they came from?

Student loan payments are loan payments made by OSAP directly to the school.
