hi, I am currently taking 27 credits in total . One of my 3 credits courses is done in fall i.e this December and I am looking to add one more 3 credit course to make it 30 credits in total. Do I notify OSAP of the changes in my course load to get more funding ?
Yes you should notify OSAP if your course load is changing.

Hi! If we already applied for and got our OSAP funding for the fall semester but decide to take an extra course, are we eligible for additional funding? I'll be staying at a full-time course load.

What does "Course credit exclusion" mean? For example, if I take NATS 1570 3.0 it says "Course credit exclusions: SC/NATS 1740 6.00, SC/NATS 1880 6.00, SC/NATS 1750 6.00". Does that mean I cannot take any of those courses?
It means that if you’ve done any of those courses then there’s no point taking NATS 1570 because they all count as the same course.

I added a course for the summer just before my OSAP was calculated. they did not so far pay for that additional course, are they not going to? What do I need to do in this case?

To add to H's reply about switching to a winter course: yes, I mean enrolling in a Winter course by dropping a Fall course. It's the same course, but different sections. The professor's lecture style does not fit me.
If you drop the Fall course you’ll still have to pay for the course because you’ve passed the refund deadlines, but to answer your question, no you won’t have to pay for adding the Winter course at the moment.

I want to take Biol 1500 but the date to add course without permission has passed. Do you guys know where should I go and talk to them about it? I don’t want to email cause it takes them forever to reply back and I need to get into the cours ASAP
Contact the professor of the course, you can still add a Fall course with the permission of the instructor by Oct 2.

so this semester im taking 4 courses (I had to drop a year course) and next semester im taking 5 courses. I think its too late now to enrol into a course for fall so I was thinking of adding one to winter. do you guys think doing 6 courses is doable or should I just wait to do a class in summer?
6 courses is doable if you’re good at time management. I’m doing 6 courses right now and working, it’s verystressful! 😣

If I drop a course for the fall semester and pick up one for the winter term, how will it affect my osap funding?
If your course load (the amount of credits you’re taking for the year) remains the same then your OSAP funding won’t change.
