If you're doing a canon character you should actually be somewhat canon...
ooc // i’m gonna make a bold guess and assume this is from the same person. i might as well write a long answer and have some fun with it since i have time and i’m feeling petty enough. let’s do it.
1) yes. i know computers and the internet are peter’s mortal enemies in canon.
2) i don’t know if you’ve noticed but this is tumblr. he is on tumblr in this rp. it’s already a thing that would not happen in canon. does that mean people shouldn’t rp him here at all? ridiculous, right?
3) he is still quite obviously clueless about the internet and computers and he’s clearly shit at slang. it’s a stupid short term interest for him, the man is bored. literally one post i made.
4) “if you’re doing a canon character you should–” i don’t have to do anything. in fact, i can do whatever i want with my rp. just like you can keep scrolling if you don’t like what i post here. and if you’re feeling particularly offended, i’ll gently remind you that blocking people is an option on this platform. feel free to do so, you’ll feel much more at peace.
5) examples of things you can do instead of reading something you don’t find enjoyable on the internet: make a rp blog yourself and rp on your own terms. interact with content that brings you joy. read a book. go for a walk. look at the sky and watch the clouds. eat your favourite snack. drink water. learn something new. try a new hobby. touch grass.
6) i’m here to interact with my moots and have fun. i rp fictional characters from a podcast i like to have fun. none of this happened in canon, of course there will be things that don’t work in canon here. it’s my moots and i playing with dolls.
7) many of my hcs are unserious and purely for my own entertainment. some of my hcs just bring me joy. for example, i ship lonelyeyes and hc them as aromantic. it makes sense to me. it doesn’t have to make sense to you or anyone else. i really don’t care.
